PutObject

Writes an object. The request body is the object content.

PUT https://<bucket>-<appid>.cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com/<key>

Addressed at the bucket host, <bucket>-<appid>.cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com, where <appid> is the account AppId.

Send Content-Type for the object's media type. The reply carries the content's ETag and no body.
