Lists every bucket the credential owns, across the region.

GET https://cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com/

Addressed at the account host, cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com. No bucket name and no AppId appear in the request.

Behaviour

Addressed at the bare service host. The bucket hostname form is not used here, so this is the one call that works before you know your AppId.
